Frequently asked questions
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. The price you see covers the whole car — passengers, luggage, tolls, fuel and standard waiting time. Split it between your group and it's usually cheaper than two bus tickets.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing bad. If you give us your flight number, we track the flight and adjust your pickup automatically. Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting after landing, and we don't cancel on a delay — your driver waits or we re-dispatch.
Do I need to create an account to book?
No. You can book as a guest — your confirmation email contains a secure link to view, change or cancel the booking. An account just makes repeat bookings faster.
How do I pay?
Online by card. Depending on the route you can pay in full or leave a deposit and pay the rest later. Prices are in euros; we also show local-currency estimates.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes — most bookings have free cancellation until 24 hours before pickup, and the exact policy is shown before you pay and in your confirmation email. The policy at booking time always applies.
What documents do I need for a cross-border transfer?
A valid passport or (for some nationalities and borders) a national ID card for every passenger. Visa and entry requirements depend on your nationality — check with official sources before traveling. Our drivers cross these borders daily and will guide you through the practical steps at the crossing.
