We collect only what a booking operationally requires: the lead passenger's name and contact details (to deliver the service and send trip communications), passenger names (for pickup signs and vehicle capacity), flight details (to track your arrival), pickup and drop-off locations, and payment status. Card details are processed entirely by our payment provider and never touch our servers. Passenger nationality is requested only where a specific cross-border route operationally requires it.
How long we keep it
Booking records are retained for the period required by tax and transport regulations, then anonymized. Marketing preferences are honored immediately. Data-retention windows are configurable and documented internally.
Who sees it
Your assigned driver sees the trip details needed to perform it — name, pickup information, passenger count and, shortly before pickup, your phone number. Drivers never see your payment details. We share data with service providers (payment, email delivery, flight data) under data-processing agreements, and with authorities where the law requires.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correction, deletion of your account and data (subject to legally required retention), and restriction of marketing at any time via [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
